BYLAW 2 – 2015

A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF SHELL LAKE TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 9/87 KNOWN AS THE ZONING BYLAW

The Council of the Village of Shell Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts to amend Bylaw No. 9/87 as follows:

1. THAT the following be added to Section 5. 4. 2 R-Residential District

(4) Regulations

a) Single detached dwellings

Floor Areas – The following minimum floor areas apply:
1100 square feet

i) Mobile Homes

Floor Areas – The following minimum floor areas apply:
840 square feet

Mobile Homes should be no older than 10 years.
