BYLAW 5-2012

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW 01-05 KNOWN AS THE BYLAW TO CLASSIFY, REGULATE, AND LICENSE ANY BUSINESS, TRADE, OR CALLING OPERATING A BUSINESS, TRADE, OR CALLING IN THE VILLAGE OF SHELL LAKE

The Council of the Village of Shell Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:

1. Section 8 forming part of Bylaw No. 01-05 is amended as follows:

e) for all transient trader, local residents and for general contractors be charged $25.00 for one day

2. This bylaw shall come into effect on July 17, 2012.
